- Our policy lasts 30 days upon receiving your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has reached you, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit refund.
- We reserve the right to reject any return of product if the reason is deemed as unsatisfactory to us.
- We only accept returns if the product is damaged, not as described or if we sent you a wrong item.
- The customer is required to provide all information as requested to justify that the product is not functioning or working well. All other return/exchange terms apply.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
- If your item is damaged, we will either replace your item or offer you a full refund.
- If we sent you a wrong item, we will either replace your item or offer you a store credit refund.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.
- Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. Once an order is placed we incur irreversible fees and are unable to do so free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- All orders will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment.
