Do note that processing times are not included in shipping times. Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for your orders to be processed before they are shipped by the respective shipping methods.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. Once an order is placed we incur irreversible fees and are unable to do so free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- All orders will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.
You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking code once your order has shipped.
A tracking link will automatically be emailed to the email used to purchase. Please allow between 3-5 days for the tracking numbers to be updated.
We deliver to all countries worldwide, excluding the following 5 countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea.
We will not be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control. (e.g. customs delays / holiday or peak period congestion / bad weather conditions etc.)
Depending on stock availability, if your shipping address is close to one of our warehouses located across the globe, it can arrive earlier than expected
We strive to provide top-of-the-line delivery speeds across the world. Please do not be alarmed if our order arrives in more than 1 package. This is because we expedite orders whenever we can to speed up the delivery process.
Shipping to remote locations
Sannify is committed to providing customers with the best delivery service, which is why we are continuing to offer coverage to more parts of the world than any other company. As delays are highly possible, please allow additional time for delivery in addition to the estimated shipping time.
Shipping to APO/FPO/P.O. boxes
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. box forwarders such as vPost, USA2ME, etc.
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment from the customer.
All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Store-credit will be sent (excluding shipping costs amounting up to $30) to the customer's account.
Lost orders or packages
We are not responsible for your order or package once it transfers to the shipping courier, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the shipping courier loses the package.
We ship via Direct Line. This means that all import and clearance fees are included in your purchase.
Your shipping address can be modified on your checkout page. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, you can send us an email. We ask that you contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request for any modifications; please note, however, that once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
